Hello Happy Cat Family,
During the next few months, we will be doing things a little differently in order to follow the recommended social distancing restrictions and limit our face to face time with everyone. While I will truly miss talking with everyone and catching up on things, this is what we need to do in order to work at this time and continue to keep everyone in our communities safe. Everyone has a different risk and comfort level with this situation.
If you prefer to cancel your pet’s appointment or postpone it a bit. I completely understand, just let me know.
PICKING UP PETS
All staff will wear masks when interacting with clients and we will NOT have clients coming into the truck. When we arrive and come to get your pet, we ask that you have your pet ready and in a carrier and hand them to us outside. If you do not have a carrier and need to use ours, please let us know ahead of time. We will then bring our carrier to your door for you to use, but you will need put your pet in it. We will NOT be coming into
houses to put cats in carriers unless you have physical limitations that prevent you from being able to.
PAYMENTS
When we are finished with your grooming appointment, we will contact you with the total. Please let us know the number to reach you at when we come get you pet and know that texting is the easiest for us.
If you are paying with a check or cash, please have it ready for us when we get to the door. We do carry change if needed. If you are paying with a credit card, we will send the invoice via email for you to enter the payment information with 24 hours of the appointment. Again, please confirm your email address with us on that day.
END OF APPOINTMENT
When we are all done and have communicated to total to you. We will come to the door with your clean and trimmed up kitty, who I am sure will be anxious to get in the house 🙂 Please email or text about setting up you next appointment.
OTHER NOTES
As always, our grooming supplies, table, blades, etc. are disinfected between every pet. We are lucky that we travel with a sink so we are always washing our hands and have hand sanitizer for quick disinfecting too. The department of health has recommended that people working during this time check their temperatures daily and NOT work if they develop any symptoms such as a cough, fever, body aches. We will follow those guidelines. We ask that you do the same, if you or someone in your household is sick, PLEASE let us know and we will reschedule for as soon as you are feeling better. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
